It's been a couple of years since I last baked a cheesecake. Just a basic Vanilla Basque here but SO good in flavor and texture. 😋
I also realized that I never provided an update to Honeybee. Maybe because I was reluctant to confront it as it makes me sad to admit that it no longer exists. We officially closed and dissolved the business in 2022-23 as we moved out of Brooklyn and it was time to let go of the space. Hopefully, one day we can be baking morsels of deliciousness again for everyone but for now, I'll just be over here making random things at home. A tad late but I also started my own sourdough journey (everyone had one during the start of the pandemic). Maybe I can also start documenting some bakes here if anyone is interested haha. Anywho, thank you to those who has been reaching out and still thinking of us. I sincerely appreciate and it makes me miss it even more. 😭
