Terms &Conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order, with final payment due one (1) week prior to the delivery or pick-up date. In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeit (and cannot be credited toward future bakery purchases). If your custom order is made less than one (1) month in advance, the total amount is due immediately. If final payme

nt is not made by this date, the order is considered cancelled. Notification of cancellation must be made fourteen (14) or more days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice. Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 50% deposit is always non-refundable. Goods are produced in a home-based bakery, they may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. While every effort will be made to accommodate minor dietary restrictions, no allergy sensitive orders are guaranteed. The Dessert Studio has full creative control of all designs; inspiration photos are welcomed but will be used as reference only. RUSH FEE: A 20% charge will be added to order placed 10 days before the event. A 25% charge will be added to order placed 7 days before the event. A 35% charge will be added to orders placed 72 hrs before the event.
