Before oats became a breakfast staple, they had a much longer story.

Their history stretches back thousands of years, with early evidence tied to ancient civilizations and a particularly strong culinary tradition developing in Scotland.

What we love most, though, is what oats bring to a dessert.

Earthy. Nutty. Mild. Hearty enough to carry bold flavors without stealing the spotlight.
