I started cooking and baking at 5 years old, started culinary school in high school at Hennepin Technical College, continued there after graduation, and then finished at the Art Institute International of MN with and Associates in Culinary Arts. After graduation I took a food mecca in Europe for 6 weeks. I've worked in a wide variety of restaurants, catering, and grocery stores. I bring my experie

nce in creating delicious food to you. I am serving up craveable goodies with my brand new cottage business, Small Batch Goodies. I put heart into everything I create. I am focusing on individual batches and I can customize any recipe that doesn't require refrigeration or frozen storage for the end product. I can make that old family favorite for you, if you're not a baker. One day each week I will be creating only gluten free items. One day each week I will create only nut free items. 24 hours notice is required for all orders. For customized items 72 hours notice is required to ensure I can get the ingredients.
