Howdy friends!! My name is Raina (Rain-uh). I am a Cottage Food Producer (CFP) who specializes in Cake Pops. I began this journey about 6 years ago. When I moved from NV to MN 10 years ago. I felt very isolated and alone. I wanted to meet people but being a SAHM with 2 littles and not knowing MN at all, it was difficult connecting with people. So, I decided to make Cake Pops. I’ve been making them for my daughter’s bday’s back home and figured this will be a way to meet people and feel like I was a part of something. Lil Pen Popz was created and its name is inspired by my first 3 children’s names, Lily, Penelope, & Ezekiel got the little “z”. 🤭 My youngest was a WONDERful surprise, and though she doesn’t have her name in the business, she is the official Taste Tester. It has been such a JOY creating, serving, and meeting you all. I am so appreciative of your support and love.
I wear many hats these days as I homeschool my kids, work 2 jobs, in the warmer months you can catch me slinging lumpia & skewers on the food truck, singing with the Urban Myth Band (find us on FB), and of course making & creating cake pops for your celebrations. Oh! and I’m also helping plan for the 2026 with 2 amazing women &
