One of my New Year's resolutions was to be better at planning ahead! Update: I still stink at it.

Japonaise will be closed July 4th and 5th so that we can travel and spend some time with family. We will be open Saturday and Sunday with a slightly limited menu, as my staff will do their best to pump out all of our creations without me. Our normal Thursday-Sunday schedule will resume the following week. We hope you understand and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. We appreciate the constant love and support, Happy 4th everyone!

For a limited time through the week of Valentine's day, our heart-shaped Valentine's Day cakes are back!! ❤️ Choose between our Strawberry Shortcake or Chocolate Queen, both 6". We have a limited supply so pre-ordering is recommended.

We'll also be doing some Valentine's decorations on our Totoro and An Pan Man pastries, so come check it out!

Choose from either our🎅Holiday or 🎁Classic style decorations. Both are available on our Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Queen and Japonaise, and in both 6” and 9” sizes.

It's been a couple years, but we're glad to be a part of your holidays once again! All your Thanksgiving favorites are back!🦃🍰 Place your orders now for Thursday's festivities and check out our adjusted Holiday store hours

🍰 Custom Cake! Choose from Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Queen, or Japonaise Green Tea.
🍞 Butter Rolls: Our take on classic dinner rolls, 5 rolls per bag.
🍵 Azuki Cream: A croissant shell filled with red bean paste and freshly whipped cream or matcha cream. Finished with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

🕒 Holiday Hours: We're open regular hours (8am - 6pm) on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thanksgiving Day, we'll be spreading the joy until 1 PM. 🦃 And we’ll be closed Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

It's been a hectic couple months but step-by-step we're trying to get back to full production, back to the way things used to be......well at least a new and improved version of what used to be!

We're still only open Thursday-Sunday, but extending our store hours until 6 PM. We know that closing at 4 PM has made it difficult for some people to stop by so we hope by extending the hours, we'll get to share the pastries we love with more of you.

Thanks for all the love and support thus far, it really means a lot. It pushes me to keep doing my best and makes it easier to start my days at 1 AM :).
