This week was another busy week for birthday cakes! I had a German chocolate SF Giants cake for a dad's birthday, a yellow with white frosting Pokémon cake for a kiddo turning six (I've made his cakes for the last 3 years now!) and a yellow with chocolate frosting cake for a friend and co-worker's birthday yesterday! I have to say, doing birthday cakes for littles is my absolute favorite! This weekend I had a request for Peppa Pig (I've made all of her birthday cakes since her very first birthday), and a cake for a munchkin who did a conplete 180 from last year's cake of tree stump with bugs to this year's cake of a caticorn, sparkly, sprinkle cake. I so enjoy watching how much they've grown and how different their tastes are in just one year! Happy birthday kiddos! I hope you both enjoyed your cakes! 🎂🎉🎊🥰

My first ever divorce cake! This girl "took out the trash" so she could live her happily ever after!!
Then, a cake to celebrate leaving her twenties behind to discover the wonders and good times of being a girl in her 30's! Thank you both so much for allowing me to be a part of the launch of this new chapter in your lives!

While I absolutely love making the treats for all of your happy occasions, I do get asked to make a dessert for the "not so happy" occasions. This was for a very good friend who just recently lost her boss and friend. They had a memorial service for her today to celebrate her life with everyone that knew her and loved her. I had the honor of making her last birthday cake and then the cake that was a part of the celebration of the life she lived. Thank you so much Monica for asking me to do this. 🫶❤️
