🎂 🎈 We had the privilege of celebrating my daughter’s 26th birthday this past weekend 💕 She requested a strawberry cake, so I made her a gluten-free angel food cake layered with strawberry frosting and fresh strawberry slices.

🔥 A little funny note from last year—the frosting literally melted off in the summer heat 😅 so this year I intentionally left the middle layer a bit lighter around the edges just in case! We’ll have a variety of gluten-free goodies this weekend at the Kent farmers market as well as our farm stand or available by special order.

✅ For our regular offerings, we have gluten-free and regular scones in strawberry, blueberry or chocolate chip, with seasonal flavors added weekly. Our menu also includes Irish soda bread, organic sourdough bread, and rotating focaccia flavors in regular or gluten-free.

🌿 Everything is made with organic ingredients in our licensed and insured cottage kitchen. 💚

🍫 This weekend we’ll also have regular and gluten-free millionaire bars—classic Irish shortbread topped with caramel and rich dark chocolate.
