I handle all ingredients in a professional manner and have my certification in food safety and handling.

My business started as a passion project and side hustle, and I never could have imagined the incredible community that would grow around it. Your support, suggestions and repeat orders meant more to me than you can imagine. Every loaf, cookie, and monthly special that left my kitchen was made with so much dedication and knowing you got to share it with your families has been the best part!

I’ve made this decision as a part of exploring new opportunities and I’m so grateful for the role you’ve played in this one.

Thank you for being apart of this adventure!

I’ll be accepting final orders through the end of the month (the last pickup being October 30th), so if there’s one last treat you’ve been craving, now’s the time!

The Triple Threat Sourdough Focaccia - my April special!

This one is close to my heart. I used to buy this Olive mix at Stew’s that was an orange glaze with spicy sweet chilis and I could not get enough, it was always a staple in my charcuterie boards. My local Stew’s no longer carries it so I take my time during the week to freshly squeeze oranges, slow cook it until it turns into a thick glaze and marinate two types of olives with calabrian chili oil and minced garlic.

This leaves you with a salty, sweet, & spicy focaccia - the triple threat 😇

Fighting the Sunday scaries with some leftover sourdough and experimented with some savory pinwheels🤤

I rolled these up the same way I make cinnamon rolls👁️

They are stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, feta, parm and topped with garlic butter, parsley and a little flaky
