JaclynJo's Bakery LLC We are a licensed home bakery located in Brook Park. Everything is fresh and made to order. We are a licensed home bakery in Brook Park. A little bit about me.

You can pick up our goodies at Daves Market in cleveland heights and Ohio city, Luckeys in Cleveland and Rise and Grind Cafe in Berea. Everything is made from scratch, and made to order, so please allow a few days notice for orders, and around the holidays a weeks notice. I wanted to bake since I was 14 years old. I always took the kitchen elective in school and when I got into high school I took

the culinary arts 2 year program through Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. I completed that program in which I obtained certificates for completing and then went to college at International Culinary Arts and Science Institute.(ICASI). I took the 6 months certificate program in culinary arts and the 2 year pastry arts diploma program. I have worked at 5 bakeries since the school and I am ready to start to work for my self. I have always sold a little here and there but not enough to pull away from work. I decided to change that and get into craft shows, fairs, festivals, etc. I know God has pushed things in the right direction for me and my family and as my main supporter I have to thank him for all he has done. I have a lot of help and support from my husband Tommy Spears. He has pushed me to achieve my goals, as well as my parents and his parents. Both sides of the family have always supported me and pushed me to do my own thing not to mention my church family as well. So I am a pretty lucky Gal :) I also have 2 wonderful sons that inspire me more and more each day.
