these sourdough english muffins deserve their own post…they may be my favorite item😍

my english muffins are made with organic flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, and himalayan pink salt! then they are pan-fried in grassfed clarified butter to achieve the perfect golden crust and an interior with big holes for warm butter to soak into:))

so blessed to have my scones at bōn broth bar again! i just dropped off 96 of them this morning! none of this would be possible without the Lord carrying me throughout this entire journey and the support from each and every one of you🤍

the newest additions to the Baked & Blessed menu…
sourdough english muffins and brown butter sourdough cinnamon rolls!!

the sourdough english muffins are fried in grassfed clarified butter for a light and fluffy interior and crispy crust!! they have the perfect amount of holes to soak up the loads of butter smothered on top!

the brown butter sourdough cinnamon rolls are soft and perfectly sweetened with a whipped cinnamon sugar filling! they are topped with a brown butter frosting that make them even better!

excited for these to become regular items for upcoming bake days 🤗🤍
