Hey everyone!
We are Celaya Bakery! We specialize in Mexican sweet breads, or pan Dulce, and custom cakes and cupcakes! The recipes we use to make our breads are 3 generations old! The picture you see in the video is a picture of the owner’s great grandfather’s bakery where he started in Mexico 🇲🇽.
In efforts to create a better life for his family he and his family immigrated to California where they then opened another bakery. The bakery was owned and operated by his children and their children up until a few years or so ago. I, the owner, have since picked up the mantle and hope to continue this legacy that was left behind.
For now, we are a home bakery but have dreams of one day being able to open a brick and mortar location here in Oklahoma.
