The final three cheesecakes for Christmas are out the door this evening. Banana cream, Oreo fudge and cherry! Banana cream was definitely the popular order over the last 3 weeks!

It’s that time of year for Christmas parties!! When a request comes in for cheesecakes for a company Christmas luncheon, you get to it! Candy bar explosion, cherry and Haitian vanilla, banana cream and s’mores. I’m so thankful for my Quties in the kitchen and my amazing customers!

Over the weekend I had the honor of making mini cheesecakes for a graduation party!
50 cheesecakes and 3 different varieties; cherry, strawberry and chocolate and Haitian vanilla. They were delicious!!

Look at this fun new cheesecake!! My Quties decided I needed to make a Easter cheesecake, so they got in on the action!! They chose fruity pebbles for the crust, marshmallow fluff for the filling and of course it wouldn’t be complete without peeps and jelly beans!!

Life is busy when you have 3 amazing Quties keeping you going… And with that being said, sometimes baking takes a backseat to school activities, dance and taekwondo. But we’re back in the kitchen with another new request!! This beautiful Layered Turtle Cheesecake was baked fresh tonight and will be delivered tomorrow morning!

My first order of the new year!! This is my Grandma’s Cherry Cheesecake. This is the secret family recipe that started it all; and although I use this recipe for every base, each and every cheesecake made always has a twist to it. This one has a delicious Haitian vanilla custard under the cherries… my customer absolutely loved it!!

My Quties and I made this salted caramel pumpkin cheesecake… This one was a special delivery to my cousin and her totally unbiased review was that it was delicious! 🥰
