I am going to continue with the business as planned. My home sale did not go through and I don't really want to try again. My original application for cottage baking should be approved soon. Start checking for fresh produce and home canned goods soon.

So I'm experimenting with sourdough. Your supposed to throw away half each time you feed it. I've splitting it and feeding both halves. I am going to have a serious amount of sourdouogh. I see soft pretzels, bread, and sourdourh Rye in the near future.

I made myself some pancakes out some of the stuff I was supposed to throw away today - to die for!
