My very first ever request for pineapple cake that wasn't pineapple upside-down cake.

Cupcakes with a hint of pineapple filled with pineapple curd and topped with pineapple frosting! So much summer in every bite!

Here is a Strawberry shortcakeish cake lol. Vanilla cake filled and layered with strawberry filling and iced with whipped frosting!

I have only made whipped icing maybe 3 times over the years. It tastes great but is a little harder to decorate with! I am always so glad to learn new things and build on my current skillset all the while making things for my family and friends!
