✨Meet my sourdough starter Doughlene ✨

I just wanted to post a little insight on the process of making my loaves so my turn around times make a little more sense (minus the full time job & toddler)

I like to feed my starter the night before and prep my dough the next morning. After making the dough and doing 3 sets of stretch and folds every 30 minutes the dough needs to bulk ferment for hourssss and then proof overnight in the fridge!
The next morning I score and bake!

I’ve decided after months of talking myself out of it to start selling my loafs of sourdough!

For now I’ll start taking orders for plain sourdough for $10 a loaf and any inclusions added will be $13 a loaf

Message me for orders!

Inclusions can be pretty much anything you would like
Here’s some I have made previously
