It has been a bittersweet week as Porcylinn heads off to the Culinary Institute of America, the college of her dreams to study Baking and the Pastry Arts.

Porcylinn has been us for the past 18 months as a Work Based Learning Student from Kaynor Tech.

Through her hard work, efforts and enthusiasm, Porcylinn has become an integral part of what we do at La Famiglia Tedesco and Jeff’s Kitchen at Rose 🌹 Hill.

Porcylinn has become quite proficient not only with baking and savory dishes but has done really well with making candy, chocolate and confections!

Porcylinn will be greatly missed by all, especially ME! (Hard to find anyone that wants to get up at 5:00 a.m. and make onion rolls with me!!)

Hopefully, Porcylinn will be able to join us during school breaks!!
