Hi, I’m Amber Clark, the heart behind Porchlight Baked Goods 🤍
I started this little business from a simple love of baking and the kind of comfort homemade food brings. Some of my favorite memories are tied to warm kitchens, sweet smells, and gathering around good food with the people we love.
I grew up in Blountstown, and stayed close by when I started my own family just about an hour NW from there in the little town of Graceville. 13 years later, and I’m across the river from my hometown.
For me, baking is care. It’s slowing down, creating something by hand, and sharing a little comfort with others. Every loaf, cake, cookie, and cupcake that leaves my kitchen is made in small batches, from scratch, and with a whole lot of heart. I always wondered where I would find my passion of something, and creating delicious food from my kitchen is just that.. passion. I treat every order as if it’s something that you made straight from the soul. Seeing people enjoy what I call ‘edible art’ and watch the nostalgia of some memory glow from their face is all the reason in the world to share one of my most special skills.
My hope is that Porchlight feels like home — warm, welcoming, and always happy to feed the people around my table.
