I posted on my personal page, but didn't get around to sharing on here yet. This is the second loaf of sourdough I have made! It actually turned out great. The first one was underdone a bit. 😅
It's definitely a harder process than I thought it was going to be. Getting your timing right on everything from the bulk fermenting to folding to actually baking seems to definitely be the key though. 🍞🍞🍞

I'm actually obsessed with making candied fruit. 😂 Thinking about trying kiwi slices next. Who would be interested?? 🥝🥝

Hey everyone!!!
I have some news to share that may be a bit upsetting. We have been offered a much better opportunity in another state that we believe will be the best for our family. It hasn't been an easy decision, especially after I've spent all these years building my customer base because you guys are awesome! 😭
But due to the possibility of moving in as little as a month/2 months, I will no longer be taking orders more than a month out. If we have already discussed orders for June, I am still able to do those, but I won't be taking any orders after June. I appreciate every single person who has supported me through this journey. Through the beginning, the storefront, the struggles, everything!!! I am sad to have to say goodbye, but I am so stoked at new opportunities! If you would like to get in an order for anything, I will have full availability through May.
