This week has been all about baking, packing, and experimenting in the Dough-Bruh kitchen! 🥖🔥

Preorders are being packed, new recipes are being tested, and ideas for future pop-ups are already in the works.

What you see here is just a small glimpse of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into every loaf, bagel, focaccia bite, and sweet treat. From recipe testing to packaging, I’m always looking for ways to make Dough-Bruh better than the last bake.

I have a few exciting new ideas I’m working on, but I’d love to hear from YOU too!

Another Dough-Bruh Pop-Up in the Books!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by my second pop-up today. Whether you grabbed a loaf, bagels, focaccia bites, cookies, shared a post, or simply stopped to say hi, I appreciate every bit of support.

Seeing people come back for favorites and try new recipes is one of the best feelings.

This time around we brought:
🔥 More Jalapeño Cheddar loaves
🍪 Bigger chocolate chip cookies
🍞 New sandwich loaf flavors
🥯 Improved bagels
🧀 More focaccia varieties

And hearing your feedback helps Dough-Bruh get better every single pop-up.

📍 Looking Ahead:
Because our family schedule is packed for the second half of June and the beginning of July, I will only be doing ONE pop-up in June—and it will be at a new location! I’ll announce the details soon.

In the meantime, Dough-Bruh is still open for business! I’ll be accepting custom orders for pickup and local delivery between pop-ups, so if you’re craving your favorite loaf, bagels, focaccia bites, or cookies, just send me a message.

One thing I heard over and over after my last pop-up was:

🌶️🧀 “Please bring more Jalapeño Cheddar!”

So that’s exactly what I did.

This time I’m bringing TWICE as many Jalapeño Cheddar loaves because they sold so fast and so many of you asked for more. ❤️

I’ve also been working on improving recipes, increasing quantities, and making sure there’s more variety on the table so hopefully everyone gets a chance to grab their favorites.

Sweet Treat Boxes will be available at the Dough-Bruh Pop-Up this Saturday! 🎉

Each box is packed with 3 of my current sweet favorites:
