Reham's Cake Gallery A Washington State licensed business Cake to me is more than food.

Few pleasures in life can match enjoying a bite of moist cake as we celebrate a special occasion with our friends and families! When I started baking and decorating delicious cakes, cupcakes and cookies about nine years ago, these were the scenes I had in mind: Two people vowing ever-lasting love and support for each other; a five year-old girl beating grandma to blowing out the candles on her 75th birthday; or everyone yelling "surprise!" to kick-off the party celebrating their friend's well-earned promotion. It's an artistic expression of joy, accomplishment, and optimism that we get to share with the most important people in our lives. That's why every one of my creations is tailored specifically to each client's story to ensure it reflects the uniqueness of their event and personality. I'm overjoyed that I've had the opportunity to participate in the making of so many special memories and look forward to much more, one cake at a time!

The only non-Mediterranean dessert I can proudly say I’ve mastered!

My homemade Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Frosting is back for the season!

And what makes mine extra special? I make it ALL from scratch!
-Fresh homemade pumpkin purée , never canned
-My own pumpkin spice blend, made with cinnamon I bring all the way from Egypt (and YES, it makes a difference!)
-Cream cheese frosting that’s perfectly sweetened , not too sweet, just right!

Soft, spiced, creamy, and one of my absolute fall favorites.

Today is our LAST day at the Northwest Folklife Festival at Seattle Center!
It’s been such an amazing weekend, and I truly want to THANK YOU all for the incredible support ❤️
