I don't trim around my flaky & buttery crust to make it crimped and pretty. It's that good! I love a lot of crust. But, if you prefer less. I can make it that way too.

I am team Apple pie all day long. But, this Peach pie is a close runner up. It's perfectly sweet with a touch of cinnamon and fresh ginger.
