Making pineapple buns is something I’ve always wanted to do. They’re such a nostalgic treat. Grabbing a few at the Asian grocery store or at a bakery in Chinatown, these buns are a staple to my Taiwanese identity, and I love them for it. I’ve always been a bit intimidated by bun making, but after this one, I’m definitely going to be making more! What buns should I make next?

My first time making bagels (everything and chocolate chip), and I had so much fun! As a girl from New Jersey, I don’t know how I haven’t made these before, but I know I’ll definitely be making them again!

We’re back for the last week of our summer session with some fan favorites: sugar cookies and mini cheesecakes!!! I’ve had so much fun baking for all of you this summer, and I’m so happy to be ending it with some of my favorite sweet treats.

This week’s sweet is ROLLS! I love the comfort that a good dessert roll can give you. My pandan peanut rolls are some of my favorite dessert items to make: they remind me of my favorite Malaysian flavors and were my own invention!! Of course I love the classic cinnamon and who can deny the burst of flavor a berry roll can have, but I’m not denying I have a favorite in this week’s flavors!!!

As is in the name, the pandan peanut roll does contain peanuts, but there are no other nuts in the other rolls. For further dietary questions, please DM me!

This week’s sweets are…. DONUTS!!! Find me a person who hates donuts and wait, there are none! This week’s flavors are a mix of both classics and fun flavors, and I cannot wait to hear what you think! P.S.: I’m also selling donut holes, so check those out, too!

All donuts are made using the same yeast-based dough, are fried in vegetable oil, and are completely nut-free. For further dietary questions, feel free to DM me at any time!
