Some fun facts about freshly milled flour! Many people who are sensitive to gluten find that they can eat freshly milled products. Myself included! After a decade of being gluten free, I was so excited to get real bread back into my diet. If you’re nervous to try it, reach out and let’s talk about it! 🌾
