FBI CJIS Citizens Academy Alumni The FBICJISCAAA is a nonprofit organization separate and apart from the FBI FBICAAA members serve as ambassadors between the FBI and the community.

The FBI CJIS/Clarksburg Citizens Academy Alumni Association is a non-profit, tax exempt, 501-C-3 organization separate and apart from the FBI. FBI CJIS/Clarksburg Citizens Academy Alumni Association

The FBI Citizens Academy, which operates in all of the FBI field offices, is a nine-week program designed to afford business, religious, civic and community leaders with an inside look at the FBI. The

goals and objective of the FBI Citizens Academy are: to increase public awareness about the FBI, its mission, its activities, and its people; to provide an avenue for the FBI to hear and respond to community issues and concerns; and to strengthen relationships and improve understanding between the FBI and the communities it serves. All graduates of the CJIS Division/Clarksburg Resident Agency's FBI Citizens Academy are invited and encouraged to join the CJIS/Clarksburg - FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBICAAA). The FBICAAA is a private non-profit organization, associated with, but not part of the FBI. The goal of the FBICAAA is to promote a safer community through community service projects and by helping educate their community about law enforcement.

This is our chance to help another organization doing great things for the law enforcement community. Right now, runners from 29 states and Saudi Arabia have already joined us for the 2026 Derek Hotsinpiller Fallen Stars 5K, but we still need runners from 21 more states to complete all 50 states for America’s 250th birthday year 🇺🇸

This is where YOU come in.

Please help us share this far and wide. Tag friends. Share with groups. Send it to family. Help us find those missing states and continue growing our international participation as well!
Virtual runners are EVERY BIT a part of this mission. Whether you run in West Virginia, across the country, or around the world, you are helping us honor the fallen, support current law enforcement officers and their families, and continue funding scholarships and initiatives that create REAL impact.
Our goals are not just numbers on a screen.

Several FBI CJIS CAAA board members were present for the K9 Advocates Training Aid Delivery Device kits distribution to canine officers from all over West Virginia this morning. FBI CJIS CAAA donated 4 kits ($2,000). Harrison County Sheriff's Department K9 officer did a demonstration with how effective the kits are for training. Voodoo found the hidden target!

Safe, synthetic K9 training aid kits allow handlers to train on narcotics—including fentanyl, he**in, m**h amd others without exposure risks or DEA licensing.
