We bake fresh daily a wide variety of breads and pastries, including hand made Danish and croissants. Our sandwiches feature Steve's fresh baked breads, with turkey roasted here and a variety of deli meats. We also serve fresh, locally roasted, blind dog coffee and espresso drinks.

Good morning Bridgeport! Looking for some front of the house help for the remainder of this season. Must be friendly and happy to show up at a great bakery .
It has been a very busy summer so far !!!
Hopefully we will stay open until the middle of October, that is contingent on having enough help .
We will be closed September 7- through the 16th for our annual break.

Good morning Bridgeport!! We are open Friday thru Sunday’s until October 11th. If it stays busy perhaps I will add another weekend. If smoke infiltrates is I will close .
It’s been an interesting season and we did better then I expected. God is good in good times and hard times , always!! Thank you all for being loyal customers and friends.

Years ago, in another lifetime, I had a friend that baked these cakes for a date fruit stand at Furnace Creek Ranch in Death Valley National Park. Mark Berry farmed the dates for a few years and we sold the cakes in the stand. They were a huge hit so I am going to do a series of Picnic Cakes this summer.
This is the first offering. Date Chocolate Chip, extremely moist because of the dates, not to sweet with a crumble topping. For those that don’t like dates, you cannot taste them, they just make it moist.
