Sometimes the best things in the bakery are made with love and a pinch of spite. Years ago, when Thierry couldn’t get away with advertising with signs along the street, he took matters into his own hands. Covering his mini van in Brewster Pastry stickers, he headed out on the road to a number of farmer’s markets to make sure people got a look! Caramel Farmer’s Market at Lake Mahopac wraps up this weekend; be sure to stop by to say hi!
