Gretchen's Gluten Free Goodies, LLC is excited to present a dessert that can be enjoyed by all which includes those with digestive disorders. COCONUTTY JOY was developed by a pediatric Occupational Therapist with a study focus on diets for the autism, ADD, and ADHD spectrum. Also coming from a family challenged with Celiac Disease and Crohn's Disease it became necessary to develop a dessert that

is gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free and irresistibly delicious by even the most picky eaters. COCONUTTY JOY has a coconut and almond flour base with a chocolate topping made from raw organic cocoa butter and natural cocoa powder. It is sweetened with local honey selected for it's ease with digestion. COCONUTTY JOY is now available at local I Love Juice Bar locations.

We take being gluten free very seriously! Dogs can be trained to detect gluten just like bomb or narcotic detection dogs do. FDA requires less than 20 parts per million for a product to be labeled gluten free but a scent detection trained dog can detect trace amounts of gluten in parts per trillion! Archie is a game changer for me in managing life with Celiac disease.
