If you’ve never had Pan de Mu**to, it’s a traditional Mexican sweet bread made to celebrate Día de los Mu**tos (Day of the Dead). Its signature shape represents bones, and it’s traditionally enjoyed with family and placed on ofrendas to honor loved ones who have passed.
Día de los Mu**tos is celebrated November 1st & 2nd. 🌼💀

Meanwhile, Cindoughrella was getting her Lunch because tomorrow is a busy bake day! We've got to get ready for Sunday at McCauley too. 🍞✨ My hardest-working employee gets paid entirely in flour and water... and somehow she never complains. 😂
I promise I'm nice... my face was just fully invested in a true crime plot twist. 🤣🔪

Cindoughrella had the best camping trip! 🌲🏕️
She spent the week relaxing by the river, soaking up the mountain air, and recharging before getting back to baking.

Plot twist: the 103-year-old sourdough starter decided we’re pretzel people now. 🥨
This was my first attempt testing pretzels for next month’s menu, and unfortunately they came out good enough that I now have to act like I know what I’m doing.🤭
Tiny bit chewy. Salty. Golden. Dramatic.
Honestly, the starter is getting a little too confident.
