I’ve been working on some new cake recipes lately!
Today’s feature is… “Matcha Raspberry Cake!”

As many of you know, I’m a certified matcha lover 😆
The soft matcha sponge paired with homemade raspberry compote and fresh fruit turned out to be an unexpectedly beautiful combo!

My son took one bite and said, “It tastes like eating a flower…”
A vague but very sweet compliment, haha!

There are two more new cakes coming soon.
Each creation feels like adding a new line to my baking filmography, and that makes me so happy.

I’ll keep working hard to become an even better Mrs. YumYum!
Could the matcha sponge cake become the No.1 in Nashville? 😄
