$30–$45/hour depending on experience + end-of-season bonus
We’re building our winter team and looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, have good attitudes, and work well with others!
OPEN POSITIONS:
🚜 2 Loader Operators
• 1 in the Silverthorne area
• 1 in the Breckenridge area
🚚 1–2 Plow Truck Drivers
• Breckenridge and Frisco areas

SEASON: November 1–April 30
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Reliable team players with positive attitudes and clear communication.
• Storm availability—Breck Snow Plow must be your first work priority whenever it snows, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ready for early starts, sometimes as early as 3 AM.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that meets our insurance requirements for driving/operator positions.
• Dependable transportation to get to work during winter weather.
• A focus on safety, attention to detail, and respect for customers’ properties and our equipment.
• For shovelers, the ability to perform physical work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions.
Loader and snowplow experience is a strong plus. Tell us what equipment you’ve operated and what experience you bring!
