My first job was catering where I learned that I love the food industry. So I eventually followed my dream and went to culinary school, at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas. While in school, I took a job at a local super target as a backup cake decorator, and then became the head cake decorator. Since then I had to leave that job to full fill my internship for school and unfortunately that was not in a bak

ery but in a catering kitchen doing a little of it all. And now I’m back to cake making I have worked for a few bakeries but now I work from home and hope to have a brick and mortar building one day. As most of you know I have not taken many orders the last year or so. Well, I'm back! I have a new page started with the new name and correct watermark on all the pictures. Please go like the new page and share with your friends and family. The holidays are right around the corner. So, get your orders in before I'm booked up.
