You dream it we make it! I have been making cakes for over 10 years. It's what I love to do. I loved every minute of it. You dream it, we make it!

My first job was catering where I learned that I love the food industry. So I eventually followed my dream and went to culinary school, at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas. While in school, I took a job at a local super target as a backup cake decorator, and then became the head cake decorator. Since then I had to leave that job to full fill my internship for school and unfortunately that was not in a bak

ery but in a catering kitchen doing a little of it all. And now I’m back to cake making I have worked for a few bakeries but now I work from home and hope to have a brick and mortar building one day. As most of you know I have not taken many orders the last year or so. Well, I'm back! I have a new page started with the new name and correct watermark on all the pictures.
