A financier is a small, traditional French almond teacake that is light and moist on the inside with a crisp, eggshell-like outer crust.
It’s heavily flavored with beurre noisette (brown butter heated until it turns a hazelnut color and develops a caramelized aroma).

Our Korean style ‘sweet potato glazed’ financiers are specially made for this season 🍁 And available only at the market tomorrow:)
