🎂✨ A little update for my Cake Design Contest friends! ✨🎂

I’ve had a few entries come in already, but I’d LOVE to see a few more sweet designs before voting starts… so I’m extending the entry deadline until THIS EVENING! 💛

If your kiddo has been wanting to enter but hasn’t had the chance yet, this is your sign to grab the crayons, markers, or iPad and send me those cake ideas 🎨🧁

I’m so excited to announce something a little different and SO fun… a Cake Design Contest!

One lucky winner will have their cake idea brought to life by me 🤍

Here’s how it works:

✨ Have your child design their dream birthday cake
(use my template OR let them draw their own masterpiece!)

✨ Submit entries directly to me (DM me OR text me!)

✨ Contest will run through May 23rd!

✨ All entries will be shared for voting May 24th - May 31st, and my followers will vote by liking their favorite design 😍

✨ Winner will receive a small 2-tier cake (4” x 6”) brought to life anytime after June 1st through December 31st (based on availability)

✨ Winner will be announced June 1st!

• Cake must be redeemed for a date after June 1st and is subject to my availability
• My usual policies still apply (pickup days, communication times, etc.)
• Design will be inspired by the winning drawing and created in my style 🤍
• Prize is for a standard flavor from my menu

I had a super last minute order come in this week! I haven’t really been taking orders while on maternity leave, but I was already doing some baking for wedding cake samples to go out today (these don’t count as a big cake order, right? 😅), so of course I said I’d go ahead and throw this one together while I was already working. 😂

I love how simple and cute this one turned out and as tired as I am, I’m sooo ready to get back into the big game next week with a wedding cake! 😍

I also randomly had someone reach out the week before to ask if there was any way that I could pull a small cake together for her dad’s birthday this weekend, and I agreed because I would already have all of my equipment and supplies out. I told her I wasn’t doing extensive decorating and she told me to just do my thing, basically. lol Now I’ve got the business closed back up for the next couple of weeks before I come back full force with a wedding order at the end of the month! I might be a little crazy, but I’ve definitely missed my little hustle. 😍

Came out of hiding this weekend, because my niece decided she absolutely could NOT wait until her birthday in November to celebrate. She’s been talking about her “Peppa Party Birday” for over a month now, and we realized we just needed to celebrate her 1/2 birthday instead of making her wait another 6 months. 😂 Our Isla Gray is the best little caboose to my sister’s family and we just love her to death. She’s the cutest thing and we will use any excuse to celebrate who she is. 🥹
