We are kicking up the bakery orders into full swing as we begin funding Brookelyn's journey to USAV Nationals in the OPEN Division for 13U Volleyball! This is the highest level she can compete at!

I will be posting a new menu ASAP! All orders and donations go directly toward Brookelyn's training and trip to Minneapolis to compete in June.

Update from The Kitchen Witch:

We haven't completely disappeared off the face of the earth, we have just gone into a little hibernation as we welcomed the newest little sweet pea, Lilith Brooke into our family! She was born on April 2nd under a full pink moon of course and is healthy as can be!

We have plenty of fresh eggs available but due to the heat, we are keeping them stored inside. Please let us know if you stop by looking for eggs and we'll be happy to distribute them. $3/12 $5/18

The bakery is open for business through the spring, although we are gearing up for some spring and summer travel so you'll have to catch us in between family visits and volleyball tournaments for custom orders.

Hey everyone! We've been a bit busy since the holidays, taking some well needed time to be with our family. We are taking orders for Valentine's Day and I will have a new menu up soon. I will try to fill the stand up as soon as I can, but we are rapidly approaching the welcoming of our newest family member and trying to slow down a little bit to enjoy each moment as it comes. Now that we're settling back down after a very busy holiday season, we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has supported our vision and dreams to make this a reality.

I first became a home baker in 2007 when I was active duty overseas. I would cook full meals for the entire flight, and it was an incredible feeling to bring everyone together with good food during the holidays when we missed our families most. I wouldn't have been this way if I hadn't grown up watching my mom Carole Brownsten-Lukacz working hard every holiday to cook full meals for the whole family.

My dream was to be able to provide for my family through my passion for baking and playing music. My husband Nick has been the rock through all of it, creating his own legacy as the Grinch in pursuit of chasing my dreams as well as building the farmstand, chicken coop, and anything and everything else I ask for.

We have so many things to be thankful for as we continue to build a legacy. 2025 was good to our family and the foundation for 2026 has already been set. I will be cozying up in the passenger seat this year so Nick Eckmeder can grow his woodworking business and we can bring baby #3 into this beautiful world while we chase Brookie around the country, serving up aces from sea to shining sea! Her goal is 300 aces this season! Jack is the best sidekick we could ask for on these adventures, always ready for what is next and reminding us to have fun along the way.

Stay tuned for Hillbilly Hags as we continue to learn and grow from each other. April Goot is one of the most amazing musicians I have ever crossed paths with and I am so happy to have the opportunity to share the stage with her. She's an incredible singer and leader. There's no telling what is in store for the Hags but I can't wait to find out. Thank you Dave Lukacz Sr. for being our awesome sound guy, and thank you Gary Matthews for our awesome merchandise!

I'd like to add that if you are ever struggling for a meal, please don't think twice to stop by and speak with us. We will gladly work something out to help you. I will cook you a hot breakfast any day. I will fill your coffee cup with fresh coffee. I will bake you a fresh loaf of bread to take home to your family.

We don't do this to get rich. We are already rich in a way that no money can buy. This helps fund our children's dreams and we have zero tolerance for theft.

Thank you for all the local support in helping resolve this matter. We are truly blessed.

Hi neighbors, we need your help! On December 23rd, 2025 at 6:30PM an individual picked up an order from our farmstand but we have not yet received the corresponding payment.
​We understand that technology glitches or simple forgetfulness happen, but as a small family farm, these losses hit us hard. We have clear security footage of the transaction and would much rather resolve this privately than involve the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
