Woohoo! What an absolutely incredible whirlwind of a soft opening weekend! 🧁✨
To everyone who came out, lined up, and shared the cheesecake love—THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! You absolute rockstars almost completely wiped out our entire weekend stock pile on day one! We had to jump right back into the kitchen, crank up the mixers, and get down to business baking fresh batches overnight just to keep up with your sweet tooths.
By the time the oven timers finally chimed down on Sunday, we sold close to 500 cheesecakes total! 📈🎉 We are so incredibly grateful for this community’s support as we officially launch this sweet entrepreneurial journey.

The wait is officially over, and we have some absolutely delectable news to share. We just cleared our final hurdle with flying colors—Delectable Delights Baking has officially PASSED our health inspection! 🩺🧼

From our pristine mixers to our sparkling ovens, everything is sanitized, certified, and ready to roll. We’ve put in the hard work behind the scenes to ensure that every single creamy, dreamy slice we serve isn’t just mind-blowingly delicious, but crafted to the absolute highest standards.

Get those taste buds ready because our doors are officially opening TOMORROW for our soft opening ! 🚪✨

We’ve been mixing, baking, and building behind the scenes, and the recipe for our dream bakery shop is finally coming together! 😍 ✨ We are absolutely thrilled to show off some incredible custom details that make our storefront feel like home:

Our Brilliantly Painted Awning 🎨: A massive shoutout to the incredibly talented local artist Brianne Valentino ! She turned our storefront awning into a vibrant masterpiece that catches the eye from down the block. Talk about visual flavor!
Our Custom Counter Skirt Cloth 🧵: A huge thank you to for crafting our beautiful new counter skirt featuring our signature logo! It looks crisp, professional, and ready for opening day. 
A Little Photoshoot Fun 📸: You know I couldn’t help myself! I spent the afternoon playing around and taking pictures of our OG Triple Berry Cheesecake next to our beautiful new metal sign in all different lightings.

It’s been quite a transformation of the space at 4 Broad Street in Branchville NJ in the past few months. With a lot of help and hard work from family, friends, and our surrounding community, we’ve taken the remnants of a Chinese Takeout Restaurant and made it into a bakery that will be the Homebase for Delectable Delights Baking! We are very excited to welcome everyone into our new home in just a few more weeks as we finalize Health Department and Zoning approvals and put the finishing touches on the bakery! Thanks for all of your support on this journey and we hope to see you soon for our Grand Opening (Date TBD) follow along with our social media to be the first to know when we have an exact date for opening!

If you thought the front was a big transformation just take a look at how transforming a 🥡Chinese takeout 🥠kitchen into the starting resemblance of a bakery looks! Lots of long hours, days and even weeks spent cleaning, ripping out old equipment (like the wok station), and heavy lifting/manual labor. To all of those who helped us get the kitchen to this point, from family (big shout out to mom and especially dad for being there every step of the way seeing it through), to friends, and community members pitching in a helping hand; we want to thank you for everything you’ve done to help get us here. They mean it when they say “It takes a village” and we couldn’t be happier to have Branchville be our new village!

Hope you are enjoying these behind the scenes buildout clips as we get the shop ready to open. Stayed tuned for more as this weekend we plan to move all of our bakery equipment and ingredients over so the shop will start to look like an actual usable bakery! 🧁

We have been hard at work transforming this space from a local Chinese takeout restaurant into the cozy, welcoming home of Delectable Delights Baking! 🏠✨ We’ve traded in the old setup for warm, buttery yellow walls, a beautiful new coffee counter area, and the absolute cutest window-side seating area where you can relax, sip a hot coffee, and enjoy your favorite treat. ☕🍰

Building this dream has been the ultimate labor of love, and seeing it all come together is truly the icing on the cake. We want to thank everyone that has helped make our dream and vision for this shop into a reality! Especially a big shoutout to my family for working round the clock to make this place be completely transformed! We cannot wait to fill this space with the sweet smell of baking graham cracker crusts, warm espresso, and freshly whipped cream!

There’s still plenty to be done till our Grand Opening (aiming for late May) but every step makes it feel that much closer to happening! Tag your favorite dessert buddy in the comments and let us know which cheesecake flavor you’re grabbing first when our doors open! 👇
