RULES/REQUIREMENTS/POLICIES

**After receiving your quote, it is your responsibility to respond in a timely manner. A 60% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of confirming your order and accepted no later than two weeks prior to the event date. If I don't receive the retainer fee, your date will not be saved (so please pay those on time).

**All orders require a 60% non-refundable deposit to hold your date on my calendar. The remaining 40% must be paid one week before scheduled pickup.

**If you must cancel an order the week of the event, or after supplies have been ordered, you forfeit the 60% non-refundable deposit. I'm sorry. The remaining balance may be refunded if paid/canceled before due.

**I always plan to meet the day before the event, just so it’s not a hassle for the customer on the day of their event. (We all know how stressful it is on party day!)

**Please treat your orders with care when transporting/setting up. I'm not responsible for ANY damages to the order once it has left my hands. No exceptions

*No drop-offs! Sorry. This is for my sanity and safety. (This excludes paid deliveries.)

**If an order is not picked up at the time and location we agreed upon, we will have to schedule for another time/day. So please meet at the time and location we agreed upon
