Hey friends. I have a sad announcement to make…

I have had quite a few messages lately wondering if I’m still baking, and truthfully, I am not. I think it’s time to officially announce the closure of Happy Jo’s Bakery. Juggling baking and our sweet baby boy was ultimately a lot harder than I had expected.

My little home bakery was and still is something that I’m so very proud of myself for accomplishing. I have made some of the best clients, and I got to make things that I’m extremely extremely proud of. I will never ever see the closure of Happy Jo’s as a failure. YOU ALL made it possible to begin with, and for that I’m beyond thankful!

& with that, Happy Jo’s has come to an end. Thank you so much for all of your love and support. 🤍

Kaytlyn (Face & name behind Baked on Eighth) is a neuroendocrine cancer survivor 🙌🏼 Let’s say it louder… KAYTLYN IS A SURVIVOR!! (Round of applause for this strong woman) & through it all she never lost her passion for the love of flour & water.

She came back stronger than ever, opening up her beautiful bakers hutch! Open on Sundays until sold out‼️ Kaytlyn specializes in sourdough goodness 😋

Today I stopped by a little after 11am and I was able to snag this beautiful and delicious Blueberry Lemon Sugar loaf! @ 11am she had sold out of so many goodies!! Just her second weekend trying out this new hutch hustle 🙌🏼 (So I suggest you stop by early😉)

Hey there everyone! As my previous post announced i would be a vendor at the “kicking it for connections event”, i hate to announce that we will no longer be there. I have a sick newborn on my hands and my priority is his comfort.

I hope to be able to see you at future events as such🤍 & I hope you still pop out to the event and show all the love and support to these wonderful people celebrating sobriety! There’s other awesome vendors and even Dunmire’s “Mama D’s” food truck!! please stop out and show your support still🤍 let’s help our community “kick” addictions ass!
