Because I love the Great British Bake Off so much I wanted to try something that they might be asked to bake. My first ever chocolate mirror glaze over a chocolate mousse dome with a honey mousse center and raspberry filling. And then for those GBBO fans, I also made my first ever joconde sponge for the base Glazed raspberries and white chocolate helped finish it off.
