Wow, our Sunday Public Dances of Universal Peace falls on the night of the Super Blood Wolf Moon. The Full Moon is closest it gets to the Earth and is accompanied by a total Lunar Eclipse. The eclipse begins at 9:36 p.m. Sunday, January 20 and lasts until 2:48 a.m.

Our January dance invites us to return the beginning as we continue to celebrate the 50th year of the Dances of Universal Peace. Murshid Samuel Lewis began these dances in San Francisco in the early '70s and we will bring an ecstatic selection of early dances for our dancing enjoyment.

Please Join other area Peace Dancers at 6:30, Sunday January 20 at the Unity Spiritual Center, located at 1919 Fairway to welcome the awesomeness of this Full Moon and dance in remembering some of the early Dances.

No partner is necessary, the music is live and each dance is taught on the spot.

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

Hello dear Friends,
We are busy preparing for our public Dances of Universal Peace Season.

Our first dance of the season is next Sunday, September 16, and we will begin with at Potluck at 5:30 at the Unity Spiritual Center in the Kagy Center at 1919 Fairway.

Florence and Arlene will be leading and the theme is Vibrations of Joy. We so look forward to sharing a meal and the blessings of the Peace Dances for another season.

Sending you a reminder that our February Gathering for the Dances of Universal Peace is today Our Dance will continue to focus on the blessings of everyday. Saying Thank you for the gifts of today and everyday. The evening will include dances of Universal Peace and Zikr (remembering that there is only One). We meet at 4:30 for dancing followed about 6:00 with soup and bread fellowship. Please bring finger foods or something to share if you are so inclined.

We look forward to seeing you 4:30 at the Unity Spiritual Center (1919 Fairway upstairs).
