Checkout my Gotham City cake! One of my favorite cakes ever, and certainly the biggest. This was a 5 tier cake, but two of those tiers were double barrel cakes, so actually it was 7 tiers total. 😳😱
The Batman mask and city buildings I made using fondant mixed with Tylose (gum paste). The Joker is modeled after an image I saw online. I hand painted him onto fondant using a combination of brush and edible paints and also food color pens.

On the inside, festive vanilla confetti cake with buttercream filling. And on the outside, swiss meringue buttercream with all fondant decorations for baby to smash and eat to his heart’s delight!

Latest creation. A pirate themed cake that needed to be "grown up." Many of the pirate parties you see these days are for children and they tend to be fun and cutesy. I chose to take it up a notch with this cake by making it slightly dark with just a hint of creepy. The result? A grown up pirate cake perfect for an adult event. The flavors were Cookies and Cream 😍and Dulce de Leche 😋. Yummmmmmmm.
