Happy New Year 2026 from my family to yours 🎇🎆

Happy New Year ✨
Ending the year surrounded by good food, warm flavors, and the people I love most, and hoping for a beautiful beginning ahead. We spent the night together as a family, sharing laughter and stories around a table full of love. From the creamy sushi cake to golden flaky garlic cheese bites fresh out of the oven that disappeared in minutes. Sweet moments followed with rich chocolate covered strawberries and a traditional kunafa soaked in fragrant syrup and topped with pistachios; all homemade with love. A perfect night with my family, a full table, and hearts even fuller. Cheers to new beginnings and many more beautiful memories ahead 🍾🥂🍓🍰🍣

As the semester wraps up, I couldn’t be prouder of my Honors Principles of Macroeconomics students! This group has been an absolute joy to teach — curious, collaborative, and full of personality. Over the weeks, we shared not just economics discussions, but laughter, stories, and meaningful moments that made our class truly special.

To celebrate their hard work and the end of our journey together, we ended with a little sweetness — a PBSC-themed homemade strawberry shortcake, layered with vanilla sponge, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. 🍓✨
The cake was decorated in PBSC green and gold, topped with gold-dusted macarons and chocolate-covered strawberries, and finished with stars symbolizing the spirit of my students — Wise, Epic, Bold, and Star. 🌟
