Hey No. Mich and surrounding areas! Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me! My name is Ali Bearss, and over the last decade, I have poured my heart and soul into the culinary world, absorbing as much as I could and even introducing and throwing myself into new cusines From gastro pubs, to country clubs, Asian, fine Italian, and Mediterranean, I loved it all and I learned so much about what I could bring to the table and that starts with my love for bread and where does the best bread come from? ITALY! 🥰 My main pride and joy is my sourdough, along with others such as focasscia and ciabatta that are now offered to you through my micro bakery, Katts Kneads! If anyone is interested in ordering, I do have a link where you can also find pictures and descriptions along with other photos of my work. Feel free to share this with friends, but please note the following: Since I am operating this completely from home, all sales must be done in person! So, for example, if you order via the baksey link, you must be able to pick up or meet in Boyne City for orders, or you can make arrangements with me for your convenience. Eventually, I would like to figure ways to ship outside of the No Mich. area! Orders are limited!! I look forward to sharing with you some Italian classics!
