We will be at the Boyne City Farmers Market tomorrow, Saturday 8/10, as per usual, BUT the farmers market will be in Peninsula Park. However, there is a road closure that will prevent drivers from accessing the park coming from Main Street. Please use Pine Street, Maple Street, or Pleasant Avenue.

New, but not new... our same French-style tuna salad with which we used to make sandwiches, now available in a 250g tub....

New, but not new... our same French-style tuna salad with which we used to make sandwiches, now available in a 250g tub.

Our favorite ways to use this salad:

- make a "tuna salad salad" by serving it on a bed of mixed greens;
- take it to the park, or on the boat, and tear off pieces of baguette to consume it like a dip;
- put it on a butter croissant with crisp lettuce and maybe even a slice of avocado for a croissant sandwich, especially if you are looking for a way to enjoy a firm, day-old croissant.
