Announcing our new “Flavor(s) of the Month”:
It’s JUNE and our focus for June is on
BLUEBERRIES and LEMONS! And for summer LAVENDER!
This Saturday is also TASTE TESTING for our new drink “LAVENDER LEMONADE”
Each month we will offer an added sandwich, but only on Saturday. My next post today will showcase that sandwich.
Saturday lineup will include all our regular menu plus:

On Scottsville Road
Saturday: 8-2. Farmers Market

Our menu will include fresh muffins
Chicken Salad, All beef 1/4 lb hot dogs,
Pasta Salad and Chips.
Plus our delicious Southern Fruit Tea and sweet and unsweet tea.

Have you had my Southern Fruit Tea?
Oh my! It is the most amazing combination of fruit and tea for that thirst-quenching, icy cold, excites your taste buds, lightens your mood and makes you happy kind of drink. We call it “energy” fruit tea because the natural sugars from the fruit married with the caffeine from the tea will give you an energy to keep you going. I worked in my garden all day long a few days ago and drank the low-sugar fruit tea all day. It kept me going long into the evening. Yes, we also serve a low sugar fruit tea for those who want all the flavor of the fruit tea but less sugar. Celebrate summer with us! We ARE coming to the farmers market a little later this morning! We hope to be there by 9:00 this morning. Stop by and get some fresh baked muffins for a casual Sunday morning breakfast or a hurry-let’s-go breakfast before church. Lunch and fruit tea also available. There till 2:00. Good afternoon! Happy Memorial Day weekend! We had a great day at the market but we made too much cake today. Our strawberry cake and chocolate peanut butter fudge cake sold for $7 per slice.

It occurred to me that some people might like more than two red and blue star cookies.
While we sell an individual bag of two cookies for $5, I have decided to sell a box of a dozen star cookies for just $20!
Now your celebration can “pop” with these soft sugar cookies on your table. You’ll need to order these as they will be prepared “just for you”. The packs of two will be available on the food truck tomorrow at the farmers market on Scottsville Road.

Getting ready for Memorial Day weekend!
Holiday desserts and fruit tea are a must!
Strawberry cake made with fresh strawberries and strawberry buttercream frosting. Yum! Chocolate peanut butter fudge is so decadent and one of my absolute favorites! Celebrate Memorial Day with our baked fresh and soft “star” sugar cookies in red and blue. Of course, our 1/4 lb all beef hot dogs are always a hit. Add some homemade chilli dog sauce and any of our many other toppings. Chicken salad croissants and pasta salad, too. Fruit tea is such a thirst quencher for a hot day as well as delicious. Also available in low sugar.
We sell fruit tea by the gallon for $25 and chicken salad by the pound for $13 lb upon request. Please call 270-791-6527 to order ahead. Come and visit us in our big yellow food truck on Thursday and Saturday until 2:00. Thank you. Jan Dillon

Good Morning! Yes, we are at the farmers market today with our big yellow food truck.
We have muffins today and fresh made chicken salad and fruit teas. We have all beef hot dogs too. Come on out till 2:00.
I am home making preparations for Saturday’s Memorial Day menu.
