Lemon drizzle loaf cake to welcome springtime. This cake is sweet, delicate, and perfect for slicing up and sharing with your friends. I made candied lemon peels as a topping and they turned out amazing! The sweetness eliminates the bitterness, but doesn't overpower the lemon flavor. I hope warmer weather (and a sweet treat) comes your way this week!

Happy Halloween!
It may have seemed scary that I was silent for so long, but never fear! I have returned. My posts may not be as frequent as they once were, but know that I am still here, looming in the shadows.

Today was the soccer championship for the Sharks! To celebrate, I made chocolate chip cookies and shark cupcakes. The cookies were gone before I could snag a picture, so you will have to use your imagination for them. Everything was egg, dairy, and nut free. Go Sharks!
