When a customer asks for a plain cake with no decor or designs …. I cry a little 😭

A naked cake has nowhere to hide. No piping, no flowers, no sprinkles covering a wobbly line… just smooth buttercream and steady hands.

What seems like a “simple” order is the real skills test.
