Anyone who knows me personally knows I LOVE Highland cows. For YEARS I’ve wanted to do a Highland cow cake. A few weeks ago I got the chance to make one for one of the sweetest brand new 18 year olds on the planet. We only had a few days to pull it off and I was so excited with how it came out. I already have ideas for other ones and can’t wait for more cows in the future!
