Discover the art of sourdough baking in this hands-on, beginner program. Lacey of Dough Girls will provide the confidence and skills needed to begin your sourdough journey! Receive a live starter and starter maintenance instructions, mix a loaf to proof at home, and complete a shaped loaf to bake at home. Remember to bring a small jar to take your starter home.

This season, every Sunday was an opportunity to support a local farmer, try something from a small business, discover a new favorite, connect with a neighbor, or simply spend a morning together in downtown Oswego.

Thank you for making the Oswego Country Market part of your summer.

We’re grateful for every shopper who stopped by, every vendor who set up their booth, every musician who filled the morning with music, and every community partner who helped bring something special to the market.
