The weather has been anything but desirable for a guy who has to stand outside and lug his equipment around. I'm hoping that the rain will leave us by this afternoon so I can be out from 2-5pm. Just enough time for me to spoil your dinners.

The newest addition to the Phenomeroll menu, the "Classy Camper" bar.

My take on a portable S'more. I'm no photographer, but what we have here is a graham cracker/toffee crust with chocolate ganache and marshmallow cream. I then top it all off with another layer of roasted marshmallows and chocolate drizzle. Truly decadent hence the name "Classy Camper". The best part is you don't have to stand in front of a scorching fire for five minutes, because I do it for you! I will try to have these available as often as I am out and about.

Hey guys!
I wanted to thank my customers today for their great moods. Marcus, Carol, and Elaine it was lovely to meet you and I appreciate the enthusiastic responses.
Kelley and Marissa you were too sweet for coming back.
I'll keep you guys posted for Tuesdays time. This weather has been strange.

Today was the first Phenomeroll sales day in Gunbarrel! I wanted to thank each of my customers individually for being so polite and gracious, but I caught only one of there names. Matthew, you were very kind for coming back. I hope you enjoyed it. To everyone else, a sincere thanks for making my first day go so well. I could not have been more pleased with the turnout.

Hello, everyone!
My name is Bret, and I am the founder of Phenomeroll. My take on the classic cinnamon roll. The eponymous staple of my bakery, the Caramel-pecan roll, started out as an easy way to impress my girlfriend, and now has been perfected into a rich treat for all to enjoy.
I am starting very humbly in the North Boulder region. I'll try to give plenty of notice on this page as to when and where I will be.
